HOW DO YOU IDENTIFY BED BUGS?

Bed Bugs are small insects that primarily feed on people. Due to their highly effective ability to spread, their extremely small size during early developmental phases, their ability to rapidly reproduce, and their natural instinct to hide in small, concealed areas, it can be challenging to eradicate an infestation.

When a Bed Bug infestation is just starting, the first things many people notice are rust spots on their sheets, pillows, or nighttime attire. A closer look can show you more signs: white ovals are eggs, black dots are feces, light tan husks are their skin molts from growing, and, of course, the reddish-brown Bed Bugs themselves. Typically, you will first find this kind of evidence on your bed’s box spring, mattress, headboard, or foot boards.

BED BUG CONTROL PROCESS

In most cases, Bed Bug infestations go several weeks or longer before they are discovered. By the time they are found, they have already had plenty of time to spread into multiple rooms. And as new infestations are starting to take root, they can sometimes go unseen during a professional inspection.

That’s why our treatment process addresses the entire home. Rambo has developed an inspection and treatment process using the most current Bed Bug research data from Rutgers University, and the east coast Bed Bug specialists Bed Bug Central.

Our informative inspections can identify infestations, help you determine where your infestation came from, and implement proactive measures to help prevent future infestations and avoid bringing home Bed Bugs again.

Our Minimal Preparation Process helps you avoid spending massive amounts of time, money, and efforts bagging your possessions, laundering all your clothes, and reorganizing your home.

Step 1: Informative Inspection

Our inspection can include proactive measures to help prevent Bed Bugs, should your inspection find no active infestation.

Step 2: Verification and Education

We discuss the treatment process, help empower you as to how you can help, and how you can actively avoid Bed Bugs in the future.

Step 3: Initial Intensive Treatment

We attack the Bed Bugs on all fronts, treating all bedrooms and common areas in the home, leaving them nowhere to hide. We combat the Bed Bugs’ newly developed chemical resistance and cold tolerances by utilizing steam, vacuuming, mattress & box spring encasements, interceptor traps, and C02 lures. Then we take it to the Bed Bugs even further with dusts and a constantly changing assortment of material applications in common infestation areas and travel paths.

Step 4: Follow-Up Inspections and Treatments

We return to your home and knock out any remaining activity.

Step 5: Final Service Inspection

We determine that we have control of the infestation; neither of us are finding live Bed Bugs, and you are no longer being bitten.

Step 6: Phone Follow-Up

We call you 45 days after your appointment when control was declared. If you are still not seeing Bed Bugs and you are still not being bitten, then we declare complete elimination of your Bed Bug infestation, and your 90-day warranty begins. If the Bed Bugs return within those 90 days, let us know immediately, and we will return for continued treatments at no additional cost to you.
