After spending half of a decade learning the pros and cons of other pest control companies, Luke Rambo and his wife Tera founded Rambo Total Pest Control in February 2007. They wanted to create a culture in which employees could feel empowered and proud to be Pest Management Professionals, while providing excellent pest control results, and an unmatched service experience to our customer base. Discipline, follow-through and honesty are core values here.
We undergo constant training to improve overall success and achievement because we know the success of the business is directly tied to the success of our employees. In our first 10 years in business we grew from a one person operation to a 15 person operation, primarily through customer retention, customer referrals, outstanding online reviews, and by doing the right thing when a client needs our assistance. Our intention is to remain a family-oriented business for everyone involved, and keep that mindset for decades to come.
Our Customer Satisfaction Promise
We promise to provide an unmatched service experience for you and all of our pest control clients. This is accomplished by using clear and honest communication at every opportunity, with detailed explanations, thorough pest assessments, followed by executing the control plan to the best of our ability. We do not provide half-truths or bait and switch sales gimmicks to bring in a new client.
You can count on what we offer as being the real deal. We will never use fear and doubt to sell our services. Instead we deal in facts and reality, in an effort to educate our clients in the factual biology and habits of the pests we are dealing with. This process may not always run perfectly, but we will back up our efforts by providing additional services at no additional cost until the pest issue is under control. You can count on Rambo Total Pest Control to eliminate your pest issue, and prevent it from reestablishing!

Born and raised as a fourth generation West Seattlite, Luke now makes his home in Puyallup with his wife and two kids. He has been in the pest control industry since 2001. When he is not on pest patrol, he enjoys playing with his kids, following the successes and failures of the Seahawks and Mariners, dabbling in a bit of metal detecting, and reading a wide variety of books. He also has an interesting collection of “crawlspace finds” that range from old beer cans and pest control product containers to various building materials showing damage caused by a variety of local pests.
Robert is originally from the Bay Area in California where he started his pest control career in 2002. He has worked for several large pest control companies and brings a lot of experience to our team. Robert started at RTPC in early 2016 as a route technician and quickly proved himself capable of wearing many hats. He was promoted to Director of Operations in late 2016, a role he is very well suited for. He currently lives in Lacey, WA with his wife and three daughters. In his spare time Robert collects vintage movie posters, a hobby he picked up years ago while working at a second-run movie theater.
