Office Manager

Mariah has always been outgoing and passionate about people. Whether it is family or friends, or someone in need, all she wants to do is help. In 2014 she discovered Rambo Total Pest Control, and all these years later she still finds fulfillment in helping others daily. Now serving as our Office Manager, Mariah excels at using her sunny disposition to help find a personalized solution to each of our clients’ situations.

Robert Sherwood
Director of Operations

Robert began his career in pest control in the Bay area in 2002. He has worked in various leadership roles at several large and small companies and found his way to Rambo Total Pest Control in 2016. Robert quickly proved his ability to wear many different hats and has been our Director of Operations since 2017. Robert leverages his experience in many ways to elevate and support our team.

Chris Somers
Service Manager

Chris has worked at Rambo Total Pest Control since 2013 and in that time he has developed a passion for the pest management industry. In 2017 Chris became an Associate Certified Entomologist and has rapidly escalated through the ranks, currently serving as Service Manager as well as serving on the Washington State Pest Management Education Committee where he shares his vast knowledge as a speaker and field trainer at multiple pest management education events. As an industry expert, he has been quoted in a number of published articles on pests and pest control as well.

Danica Cosme
Customer Care Coordinator

Danica has been in the Pest Control industry since 2016, providing support from the office. She advanced through several positions at her previous pest control employer and eventually found her way to Rambo Total Pest Control in 2023 as our Customer Care Coordinator. Danica takes pride in this role as she provides feedback and training for the betterment of our clients and the company.

Beki Eaton
AR Specialist

Beki joined the Rambo team in 2016, and since that time she has developed a keen eye for detail and is now our Accounts Receivable Specialist. She is the proud mother of three grown children and lives in Puyallup with her husband and dog. Beki has a big heart and always finds a way to support her coworkers and clients.

Brittney Hewitte
Lead Administrative Coordinator

Brittney as been in the pest control industry since 2012 and joined Rambo Total Pest Control team in 2022. She has a great eye for detail and sees the big picture, making her role as Lead Administrative Coordinator a great fit! She is also an avid animal lover with her three dogs, and she enjoys bird-watching with her boyfriend.

Sam Mendez
Assistant Manager

Sam entered the pest control industry in 2017 as a member of the office staff in a customer service role. He quickly became a key component of that company’s success, and after an acquisition of that other company took place, he eventually found his way to Rambo Total Pest Control in 2021. Sam has obtained experience in many different areas of our industry and is a great asset to our operations!

Tori Buchanan
Customer Service Specialist

Tori has worked in customer service since 2011 and joined our team in 2024. She has a unique capacity for processing many tasks simultaneously and efficiently, and has quickly become our go-to person for a number of challenging internal processes which suit her skillsets. Always dedicated to creating a positive client experience, Tori remains focused on the details that matter, ensuring the best outcomes for our clients.

Dwight Davidson
Customer Service Specialist

Dwight is a man of many hats. He has been working with our office team since 2023 and in that time he has proven to be a consistently high performer who truly cares about his clients and coworkers and works hard to make sure they are taken care of. Dwight is also an accomplished baseball coach and has positively impacted hundreds, if not thousands of young athletes over his decades of coaching.

Jenni Eaton
Customer Service Specialist

Jenni joined her mom Beki and the rest of our team here in 2022. Like her mother, Jenni has a keen eye for detail, which comes in handy as the primary contact for our property management clients. She has been working in customer service for two decades and always demonstrates care and considerations to make sure she is helping to resolve their pest problems.

Roxanna Mitchell
Customer Service Specialist

Roxanna has a creative and caring soul which fits perfectly in her role here, as she is often the first voice a new client hears when they call in. Having an active pest problem can be very stressful, but her calming and knowledgeable demeanor helps many clients to immediately feel better about the situation they are in.

Jeremy Donahue

Jeremy joined our team in 2017 and quickly gained a passion for the work. His favorite pest to treat for is rodents, due to the detective work involved in most situations. Jeremy is a goofball and loves to make silly faces for the camera and show off his amazing head of hair. His affinity for technology has proven to be a great asset many times over, as our world and industry become more technology-reliant. As a Lead Technician, Jeremy supports his team through education, camaraderie, and consistent feedback.

John Lee

Born and raised in Mississippi, John exudes that southern charm and a kind heart. These characteristics help him to provide positive outcomes for his clients, and a calm demeanor while coaching his team to be the best they can be. John joined the Rambo team in 2019 and has always been committed to serving his clients to the best of his ability and leaving them with a smile on their face. He loves baseball and the outdoors and can often be found with his family at a ballgame or on a trail somewhere.

Allen Wills

Allen joined our team in 2022 after calling us out for ant control at his home and becoming interested in the work we do. He loves trees and the natural world around us. As a former arborist, he has called the soggy forests of the PNW home for most of his life. With a diverse background of ecological skills, he enjoys leveraging that knowledge to implement the best plans for our clients, always keeping in mind the tenets of Integrated Pest Management. Allen always works hard to develop trust between himself, his clients, and his coworkers.

Danielle Bellavance

As a California transplant, Danielle previously worked in an affiliated field before joining our team in 2023. She brings a unique perspective to her work and has a genuine desire to help others. This approach has proven to be very successful in helping build relationships with her clients and coworkers. Danielle is passionate about treating others with respect and appreciation, and she exudes these characteristics daily.

Mizziu Fuentes

Mizziu was born and raised in Honduras and moved the United States when he was 19. He has lived in various parts of our country but settled in Washington in 2020. Having previously worked as a security guard, his dedication to helping others is always apparent. When he joined our team in 2022 he brought with him an amazing and joyful personality which always shines through, offering a beacon of hope for all who need it.

Kaylee Galvan

Kaylee joined the Rambo Total Pest Control team in 2020 amid the pandemic. She was originally going to work a hybrid role between the office team and the field team, but quickly showed that her presence working with clients in the field was too valuable to have her splitting time. She is now one of our new technician trainers, and with her genuine caring personality she often makes personalized gifts for her clients.

Marcia Gleason

Marcia has been in the industry since she joined our company in 2019. Her care and attention to detail are second to none. Her commitment and dedication to customer service have given her a reputation among our team, and our clients, as a go-to resource for resolving even the most challenging pest control scenarios.

Damien Gomez

As a veteran of the US Army, Damien brings an organized and efficient approach to his work and his communication style. Having started his journey in the pest management industry in 2020, Damien is not shy to share his wisdom with his coworkers during our training sessions and company meetings. He has a lot to offer, and his perspective is always a welcome addition to the conversations.

Isiah Gray

Isiah joined our team in 2023 and he brings an impressive level of creativity and intelligence to his work. He makes his own music in his spare time, but he also brings music to the ears of his clients as he works to solve and prevent their pest problems. Isiah is a great asset to our company and our clients.

Ian Greer

When Ian joined our team in 2022 he was looking for a career path which would allow him the opportunity to earn a good living while using his caring and joyful personality to benefit the community around him. He has been a great asset to our team and always keeps things loose and fun while providing detailed services to our clients.

Andy Kirkland

Andy got started in the pest control industry in 2021 while living in North Carolina and joined Rambo Total Pest Control in 2023. His level of service and customer care are always on full display. He frequently leverages his experience and shares his wisdom on various pest-related topics with clients and coworkers alike. Andy possesses an easy-going personality which is always a joy to be around.

Robert “Butch” Leslie

Butch has been a key component of our team and our company growth since he joined our ranks in 2013. His commitment to customer service, teamwork, community, and his seasoned perspective on life all contribute to him being an irreplaceable member of our team. He is a bit of a celebrity in his primary service territory of South Hill, and his name is constantly mentioned on Facebook or NextDoor chats as a go-to resource for solving pest problems.

Nate Martinez

Nate joined our team in 2022 and has helped solidify our team with his leadership and troubleshooting skills. He brings a contagious optimism to everything he does, which helps our clients feel better even when they are dealing with active pest issues. Nate’s strength is his upbeat spirit, wonderful smile, and caring nature.

Alex Nunez

Alex joined our team in 2023 after moving to Washington from California where he had worked in an affiliated industry. He brings a sense of positivity and a desire to help which is second to none. Alex is one of our bilingual technicians, and that combined with his accommodating demeanor have come in handy numerous times.

Blake Peterson

Blake has been a key contributor to our success since 2017. In that time, he has developed into a polished pest management professional and brings his years of expertise and training to each situation he encounters. His customer service and communication skills continuously demonstrate his knowledge and commitment to client satisfaction. Blake’s jovial presence and the protection he brings to his clients’ homes is always appreciated.

Earl “Russ” Russell

Russ is our longest-tenured employee, and he is somewhat of a celebrity in his West Seattle service territory. When he started here in 2011 his service area covered all of King County and part of Pierce County, but over the years we have been able to reduce our service territories to much smaller regions and he has retained the West Seattle zone as his own. He is known in the area so well that he can’t go to a hardware store or lunch stop without seeing a client who knows him by name. Russ is a wonderful asset to our team and to the community.

Skyler Spenny

Skyler joined the team in 2024 and brings with him a can-do approach to solving his clients’ challenging pest problems. His calm demeanor suits him as he does the necessary detective work looking for the root causes of the infestations and communicating an action plan with his clients.

Ed Steinshouer

Ed has been in the pest control industry since 2008, and he is a true veteran with vast experience working on some very complex accounts. He joined our team in 2020 and has brought much wisdom and many helpful ideas with him. With his artistic eye, he is a frequent winner of our Pest Pic Of The Month contest, and has painted some remarkable pieces which hang on the walls at our headquarters.

Cody Tungsvik

Cody has worked in the pest management industry since 2015 and eventually found his way to Rambo Total Pest Control in 2023. His background in commercial and multi-unit pest control work has proven very helpful for us, and he has offered many tips and tricks which have benefited our team and our clients.
