INITIAL PHONE CALL:

When you call our office you will speak with one of our friendly Customer Service Representatives.  We train regularly on many of the pests you might be dealing with, so that most of your questions can be answered over the phone before the service technician even arrives.  During this phone call, which can take anywhere from a couple minutes to 20 minutes or more, we will ask the necessary questions to answer the Who/What/Where/When/Why issues of your particular situation.  Once we have a basic understanding of what you are dealing with we should be able to provide you with a phone quote and a standard service plan, so you can have a rough idea of what the price will be and what our control plan will consist of.  Once you approve this tentative plan, we will schedule your initial service date and time. 

INITIAL SITE VISIT:

Upon our arrival at your property you will see your service technician arrive in a marked vehicle and in uniform.  He or she will put boot covers on prior to entering your home then and proceed to ask you to go over the details of your pest issue.  From here your tech will take a look in all the necessary areas to assess the situation, identify the specific target pest(s) we are dealing with, and put together a plan of action.  You should receive a written service agreement outlining the plan of action as well as firm costs for any and all work we are recommending.  

IMPLEMENTATION:

Once we have a firm plan is in place your tech will implement the necessary control measures at the time of this initial visit.  Some other companies send a Salesman out for the initial visit, then schedule a tech to come back several days later.  Our techs wear multiple hats.  Not only do they perform the inspection and write up the service agreement, they also implement control procedures at the time of this initial site visit. 

 

FOLLOW UP:

Some of our programs include an automatic follow up a week or two later, and for others we might suggest starting with a monthly service, or even going straight to quarterly services.  All of our programs are customized to meet your needs.  The key with any pest prevention program is to keep the pests from returning, this is accomplished with our preventive services.  Pests often utilize scent or pheromone trails to steer their friends back to your structure, and we don’t let that happen!

PEST PREVENTION PACKAGES

Due to the many unique needs at each location we service, we build our control programs tailored just for you, a la carte! 

BASIC PROTECTION PLAN:

This plan includes preventive control measures targeting one specific pest.  This is great for situations where you really have only one specific concern.  Maybe it’s rodents, maybe it’s ants, maybe it’s something else.  The Basic Protection Plan will be the perfect fit to prevent your primary target pest.  Why pay for protection from other pests that aren’t a problem at your location? 

INTERMEDIATE PROTECTION PLAN:

This plan includes treatment and prevention toward two target pests.  Maybe you want specific control targeted toward rodents and spiders, because that’s what your property primarily has.  That is the purpose of the Intermediate Protection Plan and it has proven to be a perfect fit for many of our clients. 

ADVANCED PROTECTION PLAN:

This plan is our top tier of protection.  We actively take steps during each service to control and prevent many different pests, including warrantied protection from Ants, Rodents, Stinging Insects, Spiders, Fleas, Pantry Pests, Cockroaches, Occasional Invaders, and limited warranty against Subterranean Termites.  This program carries with it a lot of value for those seeking the peace of mind that comes with a full re-treatment warranty.
