Spring is in full swing and the pests and rodents are out and keeping us busy protecting you and your neighbors. We even brought in some young recruits to help out…well, at least for a day. But seriously, we have been expanding our staff to accommodate growth and better manage scheduling strategies.
Take your child to work day was a success!
You can never start training the next generation too soon so we took full advantage of an opportunity to share our daily adventures with our kiddos here at Rambo Total Pest Control. Needless to say it was an eye opening experience for the young pest controllers.
New techs you’ve been seeing around
Nathanial has been a part of the RTPC team since November 2016 and this will be his first Spring and Summer in the industry. Many of you have had a chance to get to know him but here is a bit more info. Nathanial is a 10 year veteran of the US Navy who has transitioned very well into the pest control industry. One of his favorite aspects of pest control is observing rodent behavior due to their intelligence and highly adaptable nature. While getting reacquainted with the Pacific Northwest, he can usually be found in a local coffee shop, or during the spring and summer months hiking in the mountains enjoying the great northwest views. Nathanial will primarily be servicing areas between Olympia, Lacey, Spanaway, Parkland, and Graham.
Jeremy was born and raised in Tacoma and is a self professed computer and gaming nerd. He is excited to be welcoming his first child into this world later on in 2017! His favorite pest to control is rodents, due to the troubleshooting and detective work associated most situations. Jeremy will be servicing areas of Tacoma, Gig Harbor and Federal Way primarily.
Blake’s favorite part about pest control is that it’s something different every day. He has 14 years experience in grocery customer service and was recruited due to his friendly smile and great attitude. Blake is focused on making every customer interaction a positive one. When he’s not killing bugs he’s spending time with his daughter or training for the next mud run. Blake will be primarily be servicing the 167 and 405 corridor.
As you can see, we have already added quite a bit of people-power to our team this year, but we are still understaffed to keep up with demand. We currently have a few job postings running on Facebook and online job boards but if you know anybody looking for an exciting and rewarding career in Pest Control, please have them visit our website at rambopest.com/careers. In the past we have had great success adding to our team from client referrals.
