Our Team

Our Team 2017-11-13T06:39:23+00:00

Every one of our technicians receives continual training—both in the field and in the classroom. As new products and methods become available, we thoroughly test them before considering them for use. You can count on us to be using the most reliable methods with the safest outcomes.

Luke Rambo

Born and raised as a fourth generation West Seattlite, Luke now makes his home in Puyallup with his wife and two kids. He has been in the pest control industry since 2001. When he is not on pest patrol he enjoys playing with his kids, following the successes and failures of the Seahawks and Mariners, dabbling in a bit of metal detecting, and reading a wide variety of books. He also has an interesting collection of “crawlspace finds” that range from old beer cans and pest control product containers to various building materials showing damage caused by a variety of local pests.

Robert Sherwood

Robert is originally from the Bay Area in California where he started his pest control career in 2002. He has worked for several large pest control companies and brings a lot of experience to our team. Robert started at RTPC in early 2016 as a route technician and quickly proved himself capable of wearing many hats. He was promoted to Director of Operations in late 2016, a role he is very well suited for. He currently lives in Lacey, WA with his wife and three daughters. In his spare time Robert collects vintage movie posters, a hobby he picked up years ago while working at a second-run movie theater.

Chris Somers

Chris was born and raised, and currently resides in Puyallup with his wife and two young children. Chris has worked at Rambo Total Pest Control since 2013. He has shown passion and ambition toward the success of Rambo Total Pest Control and in 2016 received a promotion to Lead Technician. Chris is now in charge of training all new technicians as well as troubleshooting difficult pest situations, and technical training and review for all employees. In his spare time, Chris enjoys spending time with his family, playing drums, and adding to his impressive insect collection. If you find an interesting insect specimen give him a call and he might want to add to his collection!

Blake Peterson

Blake joined the team in 2017, after working 14 years in the grocery industry.  In her frequent visits to the grocery store, Tera Rambo identified Blake’s outstanding customer service skills and great attitude, and recruited him to join our team.  Blake’s favorite part about pest control is that it’s something different every day. Blake is focused on making every customer interaction a positive one. When he’s not killing bugs he’s spending time with his daughter or training for the next mud run.

Brian Terjeson

Brian joined the RTPC team in 2017 as a Repair Project Specialist, fixing large rodent entry points, building crawlspace access doors, and other larger scope projects.  Brian is a hard worker who has another full time job and is able to contribute to the RTPC team on a part time basis when time allows.  In his rare down time Brian enjoys playing the guitar and drums, working on projects around his house, and spending time with his wife, kids, and golden retriever.

Jeremy Donahue

Jeremy was born and raised in Tacoma, WA. He joined our team in January 2017 and quickly gained a passion for the work. His favorite pest to control is rodents, due to the troubleshooting and detective work associated most situations. Jeremy can often be found making funny faces toward the camera. In his spare time, Jeremy is a self-professed gaming and computer nerd. His comprehension of technology has helped our team overcome a number of tech-based obstacles.

Nathanial Racimo

Nathanial has been a part of the RTPC team since November 2016. He is a 10 year veteran of the US Navy who has transitioned to the pest control industry very well. One of his favorite aspects of pest control is observing rodent behavior due to their intelligence and highly adaptable nature. While getting reacquainted with the Pacific Northwest, he can usually be found in a local coffee shop, or during the spring and summer months hiking int he mountains enjoying the great northwest views.

Robert Leslie

Robert “Butch” Leslie was born in Hawaii, spent time in California and has settled here in Puyallup, WA. He has been working at Rambo Total Pest Control since early 2013 and quickly became a big hit with his customers. They love his attention to detail, which is invaluable when dealing with sneaky pests. He enjoys spending time with his family, dreams of getting away on a surfing trip to the coast, is involved with his son’s school, and constantly demonstrates that aloha spirit that Hawaiians are famous for.

Earl Russell

Earl “Russ” Russell was born in New Hampshire but has settled in Des Moines, WA. Russ has been working at Rambo Total Pest Control since 2011. He has a passion for customer service, and a memory that is second to none. Many times, we call on him to provide some obscure details of an account he used to service several years ago, and he always seems to remember the piece information we needed. In his time away from work he enjoys playing poker, snowboarding, whitewater rafting, spending time with family and friends, and following the Seahawks and Mariners.

Steven Selvey

Steven and his girlfriend moved to the Seattle/Tacoma area from Austin Texas in early 2017. They love it here and Steven is very excited to get his career started in pest control. Steven was never a big baseball fan growing up in Austin, but after attending a game at Safeco Field while on vacation here a few years ago he became a huge Mariners fan. This is one of the many reasons they chose to move to our area.
